In June 2004 “Sentimiento” was formed by David Alvarez, Cesar Alvarez and Lesber Molina. Lesber Molina a.k.a “Keeyan” was born on Dec 4 1988 in Estelí, Nicaragua. He was an only child and was raised by his hard working mother and grandmother. At a young age, he knew that music was his passion. His interest in music started when his family would gather around the dinner table and celebrate music. “Music has always been a part of my family’s tradition, I wrote my first song at the age of thirteen” Said Keeyan. “I want to say thank you to all the people who have been supporting me through my journey of becoming an artist.” David Alvarez a.k.a "Linoy" was born on August 20, 1990, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. David and his brother Cesar Alvarez a.k.a "Leo" came to Los Angeles, CA on September 06, 2004.
At the age of fourteen years old David Alvarez "Linoy" took his dad’s advice of becoming a musician and started playing instruments like his dad such as the piano and guitar. His dad Edilberto Alvarez was a great musician back in Honduras and was known for playing the accordion, trumpet, guitar piano, bass, flute and the clarinet. So “Linoy” started expressing himself by writing songs and finding great talent and passion within himself, since then he never gave up and kept on doing what he love most, composing and writing music. Cesar Alvarez a.k.a “Leo” was born in Tegucigalpa Honduras. Being the older brother of “Linoy” he feels that writing music and composing music has kept him and his brother closer and out of trouble and will put both of them on a straight path to success. “I love this music, its my life. I’m looking forward to doing this for the rest of my life”.
